Invoices in Caribbean guilders (XCG) and Aruban florins (AWG). If you invoice in US dollars from the islands, clients pay by bank transfer: add your bank details and they print on every invoice.

Does Zentract charge a fee on Sentoo payments?

No. Payments go straight to your Sentoo merchant account and Zentract adds no fee. Sentoo's own pricing applies.

Growth or Scale. Invoice links, bank transfer details, payments you record by hand and overdue reminders work on every plan.

Can a client pay part of an invoice with Sentoo?

No. Online payments cover the full balance due. Record partial payments on the invoice by hand.

When is the invoice marked paid?

When Sentoo confirms the payment. Until then it shows as pending, and the invoice can't be paid online a second time.

Refunds aren't made through Zentract. Arrange them with Sentoo or your bank.

Get paid with Sentoo

Sentoo lets clients pay from their own banking app, with no card needed. Connect your Sentoo merchant account and clients pay your XCG and AWG invoices straight from the invoice link. The money goes to your account, and Zentract records the payment on the invoice.

How your client pays

Opens the invoice link
The email with your invoice links to its page, which shows the amount due and Pay with Sentoo.
Approves the payment in their banking app
Sentoo opens the payment, and the client reviews and approves it in their own bank's app.
The invoice is marked paid
When Sentoo confirms the payment, Zentract records it on the invoice, marks the invoice paid and lets you know.

Set up Sentoo in Zentract

Have a Sentoo merchant account
If you don't have one yet, sign up at sentoo.io.
Connect it
In Organization settings, open Payments. Under Sentoo, enter the merchant ID and secret from your Sentoo merchant portal and choose Connect Sentoo.
Point Sentoo to Zentract
In the Sentoo merchant portal, set the Payment status URL to the address Zentract shows under Sentoo. Sentoo uses it to tell Zentract about payments.
Send an invoice in XCG and AWG
The invoice link now offers Pay with Sentoo.
