How billing works
- Starting out
- Every organization starts on Free. It has no time limit and does not ask for a card.
- Upgrading
- An admin upgrades from Billing in the app. Checkout and payment run through Stripe.
- Reaching a limit
- Existing people, clients, and projects stay. Adding another one is blocked until you upgrade.
- Managing the subscription
- Admins manage the subscription and payment details in the Stripe billing portal, opened from Billing.
