Zentract vs CrmLeaf

CrmLeaf is a broad platform for service businesses: CRM, projects, HR and payroll. If you run client work in Suriname or the Dutch Caribbean, here is how billing compares, job by job.

Job by job

What it covers

CrmLeaf
CRM, projects, timesheets, invoices, dispatching, HR and payroll in one platform, for office and field teams.
Zentract
Client work only: clients, projects, tasks, time, proposals, quotes, invoices, retainers and Financials.

Logging time

CrmLeaf
Timer, time log and timesheets with approval, from the Basic plan up.
Zentract
Time is logged on the task, from the dashboard or the phone, and stays tied to the project and client.

Making the invoice

CrmLeaf
Invoices, timesheet invoices and recurring billing, from the Pro plan up.
Zentract
Pick the client and the dates. Zentract drafts the invoice from billable hours that have rates, and you edit it before sending. On every plan, including Free.

Tax on the invoice

CrmLeaf
An administrator creates named rates, each a name and a percentage, and staff pick one on each line. Which rate is right stays with you.
Zentract
Tax is worked out for each client, required details such as CRIB and FIN numbers are checked, and statements like “ABB verlegd” are printed where the law asks for them.

Getting paid

CrmLeaf
Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay on invoices. No Sentoo.
Zentract
On Growth or Scale, clients pay USD, XCG and AWG invoices with Sentoo from their own banking app, and the payment is recorded for you. Any client can also pay by bank transfer to the details on the invoice.

What it costs

CrmLeaf
Per user: Basic is $9 a user a month and Pro, the first plan with invoices, is $19, about 10% less billed yearly. A free plan for 1 user and a 15-day trial.
Zentract
Per organization: Free for up to 3 people, Growth is $99 a month for up to 10, and Scale is $299 with no limit on people.

CrmLeaf's plans and features as published on its website on 28 October 2026. The details for each country and island are in the tax guides, and the Sentoo setup is in Get paid with Sentoo.

When CrmLeaf is the better fit

If you need a sales pipeline, field dispatching, HR or payroll in the same tool as your invoices, CrmLeaf covers far more ground than Zentract does. Zentract earns its place when local tax, Sentoo payments and retainers have to be right on every invoice, at one price for the whole team.

Questions

Does CrmLeaf work out ABB in Bonaire or BBO in Sint Maarten?
No. CrmLeaf applies the named rates your administrator sets up, and its help center says compliance stays with your business. Which rate applies to which client, and what the invoice must say, are left to you.
What does a 10-person team pay?
On CrmLeaf Pro, 10 users are $190 a month at the monthly price. Zentract Growth is $99 a month for the whole organization, with local tax and Sentoo included.
